Its an /H/ Manga as far as I can tell. I will look more into this.

Not /H/ manga. As far as I know, it was a one-shot by Komatsu E-ji that was scanlated. Three pages long, there's a figurine, I don't know if there's anything past that. But hell, I've never seen any E-ji pron, just extremely risque stuff.

They need to translate the other page of this now.
