I've seen plenty of "everyone" pictures that give accurate display of height, but never with the characters lined up from shortest to tallest. Great since height is a factor in many peoples opinion of beauty and I'm no exception.
But, for some reason, I pictured Mokou a little taller. Anyways, it´s not like there are any canon statements about height other than " X people is tall and this others are medium height..." and so on.
I thought Mokou was still at 14 years old or so when she gains immortality. That's why she's still a loli even now and usually portrays to be a short character.
This is a duplicate. The way I imagine them, Mokou and Alice should have their heights swapped, Suwako should be at Tewi's height, while Tewi should be closer to the scarlet sisters. Also: Yuugi should be at Kanako level, or taller.
For the not pictured, Rumia should stand between scarlet sisters and Tewi, Wriggle, Mystia and Daiyousei at Suika's height and Koakuma at Sanae's height. No idea about the ufo cast.
198cm here. Suprised at Yuugi's position on this chart, usually shes thought of as one of the tallest, if not the tallest Touhou. Usually still under 2M though.

However, backing up a bit...generally speaking, they're about as tall as girls in their early teens. A suitable breakdown would be something like: Tall: Sakuya, Meiling, Yukari Fairly Tall: Reimu, Yuyuko, Alice, Letty, Ran Fairly Short: Marisa, Youmu, Patchouli, Lunasa, Merlin Short: Remilia, Lyrica, Chen, Cirno, Rumia, Flandre
Basically, if we consider the top level as the height of a human in her late teens or older and the bottom level as the height of a human in her early teens, that puts them in a fairly short class (though none of that level are human).
If their sizes appear to be different on the game screen than given above, it's because of some mystic force like perspective, so pay it no mind. :-)
