She'd be a totally different person. Whoever comes back might have the same narcissistic attitude, the same chronic lying tendencies, but the memories that made Power into the Power who we know and love are Gone Forever.
Something I just thought of: imagine what it would be like if you knew the actual girl, and then met Power. Power is, to put it bluntly, a selfish, egotistic moron. She's hilarious to watch, but it'd be tough to see some devil using your friend's corpse as a meat suit while being a pretty awful person.
