This here came from the pure happiness from reading the last one piece chapter where a few characters were introduced, one of them being "Belo Betty". She was awesome in her introduction and while she is hotter then impel downs 4th level, i have the feeling that she was a man turned woman by Ivankow. This theory is based on the reactions of okama's at the beginning of the chapter and her burlesque style outfit, which is a design shared by Ivankow him/herself.
