Why is Cirno tagged if there is no cirno.

More appropriately Tzeentch would need to get tagged, since its his symbol.

Although in that regard, since 9 is apparently cirno's to the fanon, she might as well be too.

I made this picture for a friend who's a Warhammer 40k fan, towards the Chaos faction (He's into Tzeentch and also a Cirno fan.

Thus after hearing him saying that Tzeentch sacred number is "9", It just came to me that it'll be a massive waste of inspiration to not make this custom symbol.

9 for ⑨, I hope Tzeentch is pleased.
