I'm not going to re-approve this, but since when is "doesn't have an accompanying drawing" a valid reason to flag something? Cosplay is in the grey area of things that can be uploaded and accepted, but it isn't outright banned.

You make it sound like people who flag these things use common sense. or bother to check the notes on these things.
