I think this is a very wonderful tribute drawing featuring Goku as an angel here. I'm very upset that Akira Toriyama is gone, as I really loved his works and Dragon Ball was very important in my life, as it was the first anime/manga franchise that I really got into in my younger years and even in the present I still occasionally enjoy checking out DB artwork and revisiting all my DB merchandise, ranging from manga to artbooks to figures and DVDs. I hope he rests in peace, and he will be missed.
