We finally get to see Okuu's outfit, and it's a match to Tenshi's. I can't wait to see a close-up. On another note, I can't help but be reminded of post #507503 earlier in this series. They're like two peas in a pod.
I'm curious on what, exactly, Tenshi's wearing under that. Can't but buttnaked, Zerii doesn't do porn(softcore porn is in the air...some of the scenes may be able to hit that...).
Disappointment? Not really, she still looks very good in it. You dont always have to be showing alot of skin to look great.
Now lets see if she can kind of 'summon' her control rod into the fight, would be like fighting with a baseball bat (+ creating atomic attacks, you know).
Well I don't agree with the fact that her chernobil foot was taken off. I have a talipes too and mine can't be taken off. I like her because of this disablement, it's easyer to identify with her. I was hoping zerii'd respect things like that. But other than that, the costume's really cute.

Uh, it's not a disability for her and he's not writing this for the sake of you being able to identify with the characters.
I've never seen any Touhou, canon or fanon, where it actually impedes her or where she even comments on it.

But on the matter, Okuu's outfit is far more chaste than the Scarlet's. To this day I wonder who made them as they're too racy for Rinnosuke's taste and Flandre is particularly childish in this, so giving her the costume she had is in rather bad taste.
Also it's nice to see a cheer for Shizuha in the bunch.
