For me face looks fine (keeping in mind artist's style), but her lower body (and maybe bust - but not so much) is a bit badly drawn.

Call me blind, but I've seen far worse here on Danbooru that hasn't been flagged.

If you do see worse, its okay to flag it. Having previous bad art isn't justification to allow further bad art
