    The fairy appears to be signaling "J", which can also mean "letter message to follow". That's if she's using the international signaling standard, anyway. The Japanese have their own semaphore system that spells in syllables instead of numerals and letters, but that requires the use of one white and one red flag, not both the same color as shown here. (Technically these aren't right either, they should be square flags diagonally divided into an orange and a yellow triangle, but...)

    What? I got curious...
