It'd been a while since I finished Phantom Blood, I finally got to Golden Wind recently. So, I'm not sure, and I'll get back to you on that when I check.

This looks more like Kongou Banchou's Double Hammer to me. But then again I've only just reached part 3 of Jojo so...?

If it's a zoom punch, it's not this one. I'm not going through Phantom Blood again to find any other instances though.
