Lacking an actual translation for this page, I can only draw my own conclusions from the pictured evidence.

The doll is a holdover from a 'phase' she went through, experimenting with narcissism and erotic asphyxiation. It was discarded when people figured out where she lived and started inviting themselves over, out of worry that the nosy 'guests' might poke around enough to discover her secret fetishes.

Now, however, the abandoned doll has mysteriously been given life, probably due to a Moriya Shrine conspiracy of some sort, and has returned to fulfil the only purpose it can be certain of, in a world that is suddenly strange and confusing. Alice was initially surprised, but quickly decides to welcome her creation back with open arms and promises of joint lubrication and maintenance.

Eh, probably not. But I can hope, right?

Anyway, I don't think it's Medicine, unless translation says otherwise, because she's clearly dressed identically to Alice, and her hair is exactly like Alice's, while Medicine's is more curly. I'd think this is a failed "sentient doll" experiment, like Reaper said, although I don't think it's a masterbation toy, as this whole series is based on the idea that Alice is trying to evade everyone else trying to get into her skirt, while Alice is the only sane woman. I'd guess the doll is just going all "I hate you, Vampire Dad!" because she's angry at being incomplete, and possibly screaming "I'm not junk!"

I know it's just my mental block, but I have a hard time reading katakana like this. So I'll leave the doll's lines for someone else.

Did my best to translate Alice Doll's speach. The Katakana is kinda makes me have to double take a bit. Left 2 bubbles though.

Well, by default, everyone's "Comment Threshhold" is set to 0. That means one downvote reduces the score of a comment to -1, and hides it from anyone who doesn't change that option in their profile. And since there's no apparent limit or penalty for downvoting too much, it means that a couple people can hide a lot of comments from the majority of users.

Anyone want to suggest that maybe the default threshold should be something like -5 instead?
