Using magic to strengthen their body and temporarily re-write their nerves for the sake of impossible sex would literally be child's play for them. Plus, their Caenis is a Divine Spirit, a genuine god, and could just as easily use magic to help in whatever way they need. Hell, it's probably how Caenis even got dick in the first place, as well as how Wodime changed sexes.
