Sounds like pokemon.

The only setting I know did this is Elder Scrolls ( https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Notes_on_Racial_Phylogeny ).

He has even an Human brother who is also half breed.

In LOTR, half elves basically chooses their own race once they're grown. Elrond chose to be an elf, his bro chose to be human. A very long-lived human, but that was a separate issue.

@Homies4Life : I remeber the "choosing" part, but I wasn't sure, that why I din't mention it.

FF-14 does it as well. While there are rare, extremely rare, instances of an actual half-breed like Hilda Ware for the most part the child will always be the race of the mother with maybe a few features of the father if they're of a different race.
