That's how I took it. Kansai-ben sounds weird coming out of her mouth, and so does the accented-English equivalent.

Well, considering Nagato had to repeat....Okay, I haven't watched that bunch of episodes, but 15,552 was thrown around, and even if it was just *one day* being repeated Groundhog Day style, that's still more than *forty two years*.

Actually, it since it was the same two weeks of summer vacation repeated 15,498 times (although they upped the number in the anime) Kyon works it out to be just over 594 years.
