Boeing has been engulfed in crisis lately after an incident in January where a door plug detached from one of their planes (a 737 MAX 9) shortly after takeoff, which brought the issues of the 737 MAX family back into the mainstream media (five years after two crashes of the type made headlines in 2018 & 2019 respectively).
Following this, lots of whistleblowers have spoken out against Boeing about dangerous work practices on the production line that could ultimately compromise the safety of their aircraft. But in particular, two whistleblowers died, whose deaths were ruled as suicides. This, combined with the Boeing's poor manufacturing practices becoming more known to the general public, resulted in jokes being made about Boeing sending assassins after their whistleblowers, which this image is most likely referring to.
