I think this is the locked post from Patreon where this image came from. Worth to say, I couldn't find the image in the Twitter or the Pixiv of the artist, plus the high resolution of this image, I strongly suspect this is a paid reward. Additionally the artist mentioned they upload their drawings in X (Twitter) after a day of posting it in Patreon, in this tweet; at the moment of making this comment, the Patreon post I previously shared was done fifty minutes ago.
