This is most diffenetly from a TV episode. Fanboys were raging and it even got the headlines on alot of anime pages because of the Tsunami warning that ended up covering most of the scene.

this is from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, the rehashed version of the anime. This is one of the last episodes from the series. If you haven't seen it I suggest you do. You will love it! :P

Maybe if I keep watching she'll finally take it off...just a few..more..seconds..,
