Well they're still technically in a relationship, and the series plays with that concept so I'd say it counts. The example that's most fresh in my memory is from the Spy x Family movie "Code White". Going into some spoiler talk for the movie, there's a whole element where Yor thinks Loid is cheating on her because of a misunderstanding when she saw Loid catch a woman's (Fiona's) hat, but at Yor's angle it looked like Loid was kissing Fiona. Along with various other misunderstanding elements, that are fueled by Yor hearing about the signs of a cheating husband from a coworker. So the series definitely plays with something like cheating as if the relationship is real.
