with panty, yes. he'd be a ladies man XD but with stocking... well, she isn't exactly FAT, just struggling with her weight (and knowing young women in japan, it's not going to be anything obese-like). it would make sense for male stocking to have SOME meat on him compared to panty, but nothing extreme unless it's supposed to be the joke of the episode.
