Artist's commentary
I was in the mood for a dragon this morning and to my knowledge I haven’t done one in a pose like this yet.
I’m not completely happy with it, the coloring was a little bleh, especially the glow around the mouth, it’s a piece I’d like to improve on down the line, get some solid reference and whatnot.
Overall though I really like the mood and how dark and cold everything is! I’ve been in a snowy phase recently ❄️
