sometimes, there are strange cuts in the story,
but just wait for it to be translated, and we'll see.

also: why is the blue cuff on shous right arm missing in the last panel? just a mistake or...?

I'm going to go on a limb and say Nazrin is thinking of the reason why Shou either let Okuu up to fight more, or she's commenting on how fast Okuu did get up, and is going to go along the lines of 'This battle is going to be good', or something.

If not? Well, I lose.

No Okuu, don't do it! You're bellyflopping straight into doom!

Okuu in that last panel would make a good image by itself.

The numbers at the top of the strips indicate this is "603" and the previous was "602" (not necessarily Danbooru pool order), so I doubt there's a missing one on purpose unless those numbers were incorrectly translated. Still, the change in scene is jarring.
