If you mean the kid, he obviously has normal right arm, while Nero said he got that arm from when he was born, so he isn't. That just make the kid even more mysterious. Who indeed ? Sick Dante in DMC ?

Nero's right arm WAS normal until the day Kyrie was attacked while touring around a forest(forgot the name of the forest) with bunch of children and got hurt by an Assault(it was Nero's first time seeing one, so I guess Nero wasn't able to protect Kyrie because he didn't know what it can do...)... "From that day forth... my arm changed...", Nero said in the game...

I demand to know why Vergil's hair isnt pulled back

But Agnus in DMC4 says that Nero has "inherited the blood of Sparda". So?

Isn't Nero the son of Vergil?
