I'm not entirely sure, but this really looks like it's out of the Ghost in the Shell movie. Might just be based on that scene though.

I'm pretty sure that's Hong Kong... I think I've been there before. And also, that airplane is flying as if it's going to the old airport (where it's in the middle of the city, so you see them very close to the rooftops).

I don't think it should be tagged "Original", because I see tag "攻殻" on pixiv page, which is an abbreviation of "Ghost in the shell".

Shanghai should be using simplified chinese. Should be Hong Kong.

Not everything has converted, especially older signs, so it's not certain.

But they have Wing On sewing factory/company. Those are everywhere in Hong Kong (or used to be) Does Shanghai have them as well? (granted, it's a pretty common name)

Also, a tradional_chinese tag? we separating the two forms now?

I am pretty sure this is based on a photograph I once saw on Airliners.net.

Yeah that's the one. Looks like it is the same location just on the opposite side of the street.

This is Hong Kong.Looking closely,I believe its Kowloon.During the time Kai Tak International Airport was still operational, sights like these are common because aircrafts flies just meters above rooftops to approach the airport
