Seems quite likely, and Nitori made the game. Well, that cannot be helped, since she's an inventor, not a hax gamer like some moon princess.

As a programmer, I can say people are usually really good at their own games. After all the maker has to play it a lot for debugging, balancing, and demonstrating.
Plus it's the first time Kaguya's playing it, she can't know all the tricks/moves the way Nitori does.

As for hax power... well...
