There are two manga seasons running right now.

Nanoha ViVid.

And Nanoha Force.

Nanoha ViVid, set 4 years after StrikerS, is more of a "slice of life" style manga surrounding Vivio, the Numbers (cyborg bad guys from StrikerS turned good guys) and Vivio's new friends.

Nanoha Force, where these two characters are from, is set 2 years after ViVid. It's a far more plot-intensive story. But, if you're a fan of Signum, well...

You won't like what happens to her.
