That's not VGA, but something even older - a serial (RS-232) port or a joystic port.

Nine male pins plus the "10101" caption would indicate old-school serial (for a mouse or modem or similar).

I'm more on the fact that the Android version depicted here looked very old than what the original source's post date suggests.
