Fine, I'll admit, I've seen worse than this one. But I've certainly seen better. Too many moments where the funny falls flat due to terrible writing. Much of the dialogue between the two heroes is akin to watching a comedy duo who suck at improv. With only the rarest occasions where they score a chuckle or two.
