Why even have the Gigantic Breasts tag if nearly every newly uploaded picture applicable gets flagged for deletion or doesn't pass moderator approval?

That's ridiculously subjective. As SBK said, most all of Usatarou's work is like this and already here, so what is the basis of calling the proportions grotesque when that's the style of near all of this artists work?

I've said this before, and I'll say it again: I agree that a blatantly bad technique/skill/whatever makes sense to be tagged poorly_drawn. However, such posts typically get deleted so their tagging doesn't matter. Further, the subset of posts that are not deleted are of high enough quality that poorly_drawn becomes subjective. As such, the tag should not exist.
