Takeuchi hates Lip, a lot, at least from what I heard. I don't know if that's true or not but simply hating characters with "big badonkers" because Artoria is the peak design for someone is kind of messed up.

But even if poor Lip got her swimsuit taken to NPC jail I don't think that the JP side would riot or care too much about it. I hope I'm wrong about this statement and they do care if that happens
