酱/jiang is how the Chinese transcribe the Japanese 'honorific' -chan so she's effectively "C-chan". She's also known as 小肉包 (xiaoroubao/"little meat bun"), so something like C-chan_(xiaoroubao)_(vtuber) would be my preference. We currently have her tagged as C Chan (Vtuber) though.
