I don't know what is funnier between not noticing that or failing to notice that Kosuzu is a guy in this image and doesn't just have a different haircut, because I did both.

They kind of look like either Kenshin and Kaoru from Ruroni Kenshin or Ranma and Akane from Ranma 1/2.

i think it's more that Kosuzu kisses Akyuu's cheek. The little speech bubble seems to imply some contact worthy of a sound effect.
