This is a terrible Venn Diagram. Why is Mio not in her circle?

Upper left circle is those named "Mio Akiyama", right circle is those that look as depicted. The character from K-On would be in the green intercection. The instance of Mio herself isn't her name or her appearance alone.

Pretty much bullshitting here, I expected the "Venn Diagram" to mean something from the thumbnail.
