I'm leaning photo but I'm no expert

Pixiv says "*3DCGを元にした立体出力", which I think means "solid body modeled after a 3DCG", plus the title says 撮ろう rather than 描こう, so I'm gonna say photo.

this is a real doll this artist had the head "3d printed" from one of their 3d models however the rest of Hinemaru's art is 3D computer graphics,
