its fine to post this stuff, but dont tag or put in the anime. It's basically OC shit at this point.
Even if the character was an OC cosplaying as Mitsuri, it would still be tagged with the character and copyright. That's how it works. The only thing we'd do differently is add Kanroji Mitsuri (cosplay), which would automatically add the character tag anyway.
