Honestly, I say Touma could be put in any kind of Fantasy setting and it would work. Imagine Breaker has alot of potential to be used. The only kinda series he would probably be useless in would be Mecha.

Yea, he would be EXCELLENT in touhou. Check fanfiction's "Collapse of a eastern fantasy" for this application.
I'm thinking about it and have come to the conclusion that this is a terrible idea.
Kyuubee says that pulling the soul out of the body and into the gem allows the soul to use magic easily. The contract probably isn't exactly magic itself, but the Soul Gem probably is. Imagine Breaker on the Soul Gem doesn't necessarily mean that the contract 'dissolves'. If anything, the Soul Gem would probably shatter and the soul would run free. However, the SG is what allows them to channel their soul's desire to their body (movement, etc) much like internet connection from a wireless router. So without the Gem, the body is dead and there's no telling if a soul is coordinated enough to know how to reenter its original body.
tl;dr: Kamijou would simply kill them if he touched the Soul Gem.

That's a rather wishful thinking... It's more likely that her soul gem gets dispelled, killing Sayaka instantly, since he's cancelling the Soul Gem, not the contract.
