The whole car part of the scene was rotated (and I think zoomed out slightly), shading was removed from her face, and her pants were made a lighter color. It's hard for me to tell if there were other minor changes due to parts of the scene shifting so far.

The interior somewhat resembles one found on the Lamborghini SC20 with some artistic licensing (e.g. a windshield).

My guess it's somewhat of a fictional car?
