If so only barely, she doesn't appear to be damaging herself too badly and cannot feel pain. It wasn't over my guro threshold anyway. Any number of bloody Mami or Kyuubee images deemed acceptable are far more gory than this. Compare also things such as post #323049 or post #333316 that are far more violent, bloody, and in fact fatal.
I do not believe this is guro, yes she is sticking a knife in a very delicate place but , Sakuya has done similar I believe to herself and others which make me think, it is more likely virgin blood. Also because of who the characterunrequited love then again I think pic came before she went witchy and nature of the show I would think it might be just virgin blood. If this was a different pixiv account from this artist then it could well lead to guro.
