I've never understood that. Mecha fans complain about TTGL fans wanking the size/power/etc. of their favorite mech, and then they turn around and point at an EVEN BIGGER mech, like size is some indicator of awesomeness. Even in TTGL that's not true (witness Simon taking down Genome with his car keys or vanilla GL busting the Anti-Spiral Giga Drill Breaker in Lagann-hen). Go figure.
