comment #55998 It says "Tokimeki", and I guess throbbing is probably one of the translations. However, I think the translation is missing the fact that this is supposed to a parody on "Tokimeki Memorial", which was a popular dating sim. "Tokimeki" in that case is referring to a nervous heartbeat.
