We've got to remember that Yuuka is insanely strong just being herself. Just think how strong she would be if she were using her Youkai power.
Komachi is just giving in for the time being.

Kind of a sad picture, really. I mean, it's hot, but as said Komachi is just giving in (though I'd say for Yuuka's sake rather than out of fear) and it sure ain't mutual. Anyone would have mixed feelings.
