For context, Tether is in the same world as Asimov, just in the far future. She's a bounty hunter by occupation, and a pyromancer gunslinger by class. Anything guns, pistols, revolvers, you go to her. Her main weapon of choice is a custom-made revolver that uses rune magic to transmute the bullets to fireballs once they're fired. She's romantically inept, you can tell her you love her to her face and she still wouldn't think you're being serious, which does make it hard for Peltha- who has a crush on Tether, to show her attraction.
