Sangomon has a very needy and childlike personality and sees Yao Qinglan as a parental figure. It relies entirely on Yao for care without questioning its own dependence.
However, Sangomon is highly intelligent and is similar to Yao in being capable despite having a casual attitude. Its intelligence proves valuable when it comes to game administration and debugging. Not infrequently, Yao will provide data, and then the two of them will debate the appropriate course of action.
