This one is wrong. There's nothing in either image or from the artist (that I could find) that identifies it as Wise.The tagger responsible has a habit of tagging nondescript subjects as canon characters despite nothing suggesting that's who it is, besides possibly a canon assumption of "Who else would it even be?" which is not how we tag characters.
