I think this is related to touhou spellcard tribute pool. It looks like one of her spellcards in the fighting games, when she fires multicolored auto-aiming orbs with hell of a damage.

It's called fantasy seal, it's been in EVERY GAME (that she's been in) besides 11. It's her trademark ability. it's not that strong... Also easy to avoid

Touhou 10 as well...
But there is a stronger version in the fighting games called Fantasy Heaven and another type that is a Hokotu no Ken reference.

If we will apply the "not-strong" type... we call it Fantasy Orbs only...
If the orbs are real deal, we call it Fantasy Seal.
Also, I dunno why it's technically easy to avoid, when it's primary function is it's homing capabilities? Unless it is in reference to the fighting games or some other games where you face Reimu and she uses it against you.
