Someone who qualifies to work in Tea Arts. Sort of the Chinese Tea version of a Tea Sommelier? By the way, Tea Arts seems to have come from Taiwan, from studying Japanese Tea Ceremony.

Essentially, the word I translated as "Tea Arts" is "Chagei(?) 茶芸", which is apparently the Chinese (and Taiwanese) word for tea ceremony and culture (the Japanese word being Sadou 茶道). The name for her class, which I called "Tea Mistress", is "Houchashi(?) 泡茶師", which is apparently the Taiwanese (and Chinese?) word for someone who works with teaSince the image of Vietnam-chan holding a boat oar is so strong, I got the feeling to have her use something like staff arts, and after searching I found that there were martial arts that used a staff, and was like "That's it!".Fight
