As upset as I am that it’s gone, I think it’s a disgrace how Hiroyuki neglected the site.
The reaction on 5chan was basically that this was the expected outcome since hiroyuki owned it. He's very disliked on that site and no amount google translate could help me figure out why since it seems to be a hatred going back years. The only thing I could gleam was that hiroyuki is considered incompetent

He's an absentee landlord. Since he took over he hasn't done anything with the money collected from passes except live high on the hog and let the site fester under uncaring admins and obvious malicious foreign actors.
