Nah, you're good. It is a heat-breaking thought that Homura can only be with Madoka in her dreams.
Beside that, I think Homura looks adorable in this picture.

This comic reminds me of a certain Calvin and Hobbes strip which had the same themes in dreams.
I think I remember the one you mean. It was the one Watterson drew after he lost his pet cat (the one that served as a model for Hobbes both physically and in personality). Yeah, this is right in line with that... sad, but also kinda uplifting as well, in that "gone but never forgotten" sense.
