Ah, I remember the name cartoonvalley. The artwork there is well meaning, but terrible. It reeks of low quality American adult entertainment: all "yuri" images involve sextoys, nothing but thighhighs given to non-thighhigh wearing characters except for one (and they even managed to get the whole listing wrong) and to top it all off they try to charge 4 times as much as most other sites for a subscription.
This gif is of Belle has definitely been traced over from a video of some sort.
