It took me a second to figure out the true meaning of the arrows. But yes, this is full of truth (especially the two arrows going up the girls skirts).

The legs are always visible, what lies beneath a skirt with their legwear is rarely made visible (and that is I why I pray to the gods of bunched fabrics, wind, and of the ones that guide perverted kids to flip skirts to show the area).
